David has gained over 25 years of practical experience in the construction industry, having worked as a project based planner and project manager. In recent years he has specialised in construction dispute resolution and the presentation and analysis of claims for delay. His extensive experience enables him to provide a common sense, factual based and informed approach to solving client's problems, to the analysis of delay and to the preparation of expert reports.

David is experienced in all forms of planning and delay analysis techniques, and he has a well developed understanding of the legal principles applicable to delay analysis and extensions of time and the requirements of an expert. He has recent dispute resolution experience and been appointed as an expert on a number of occasions across a wide range of major projects which extends to train manufacture and ship building.
