Summary

Steve manages Brewer Consulting's delay analysis business and is responsible for planning matters in all forms of dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in acting as expert witness on time-related issues in both arbitration and litigation, and has given evidence on a number of occasions.

With a background that is cross-industry, Steve has wide experience in the management of both strategic long-term planning and shorter term detail programming. A trained engineer, Steve has worked in construction, building, civil engineering and petrochemical projects as well as strategic planning of infrastructure and facilities projects.

He has written and presented a number of articles on programming matters such as the application of delay analysis methodologies, the ownership of float, the preparation of standard methods of programming, and the use of ICT in the preparation of claims.
