In addition to the more traditional forms of procurement, Mamas also has extensive experience in advising clients in PFI/PPP projects. He is also experienced in the review and negotiation of other project documentation such as consultant's appointments and warranties.
Mamas has administered contracts in Cyprus, Greece and the UK. This has included bespoke forms as well as the main standard forms. He therefore has first hand experience of the issues that will normally arise and can assist in dispute avoidance, negotiation and dispute resolution.
