Sekai is an experienced professional consultant working within the construction industry whose experience has involved the contractual and financial management of construction projects ranging from £210K to £4Billion. Sekai has been providing general and specific legal, contractual and commercial advice to clients in the building and civil engineering sectors of the construction industry; in areas relating to commercial supply contracts, construction contracts, employment and insolvency. Clients within the construction industry have included large transport authorities (including the Highways Agency, Network Rail, and British Airport Authority), local authorities, government departments, major contractors, subcontractors and housing associations.
In recent years, Sekai has been involved in various aspects of procurement related work ranging from strategic procurement advice right through to the implementation of the various procurement procedures and processes.
