Summary

Danny has 18 years experience with building and civil engineering firms, developers and cost / contract consultancies concentrating on contract administration, contractual claims, the preparation of expert reports and submissions for adjudication and arbitration. He has worked in the UK, Malaysia and Hong Kong on a variety of domestic and international projects.

Over the past four years, Danny has gained particular expertise in the role of an expert witness on quantum matters and in the field of dispute resolution. He has worked on behalf of contractors, insurers and developers in disputes which have been referred to adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
