
Summary
Barry has developed a specialisation in matters of construction disputes and contractual claims. He acts as Expert Witness in litigation and arbitration and has received appointments as Single Joint Expert in both the High Court and the County Court. He also acts as Adjudicator and for individual parties on disputes under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. He has experience in projects of both central and local Government bodies, where accountability is of prime importance as well as projects in the commercial sector.
Barry has acted as Expert Witness both for Claimant and for Respondent, and as Single Joint Expert, in many disputes both at Arbitration and Litigation including where the parties have been represented by Counsel and where the cases have proceeded to completion and award or judgement.
