Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience in providing contract and commercial management services to a number of clients working in the civil engineering, building and MEP sectors of the construction industry.
His experience extends across a range of project types including resorts, high rise residential, office and hotel developments and utility projects. Paul's previous experience has also involved providing the wider range of quantity surveying services from initial budget estimating, cost planning and tendering through to the preparation of contract documentation and post-contract administration activities including the management of claims and variations to final account close out.
Paul has experience of dispute resolution, having been involved in arbitration and mediation.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Paul has since gained a number of years experience in the Far East and Middle East Regions.
