Tim has 18 years experience as a commercial and contractual adviser gained with major building contractors and contract consultancies, working predominantly in the avoidance and resolution of contractual disputes.

Tim has considerable expertise in advising upon procurement, vetting and drafting contract conditions, and in assessing a wide range of contractual claims. This expertise has been gained in both the private and public sector of the construction industry, including oil and gas and rail infrastructure. Tim has been actively involved in several expert witness appointments on quantum and management matters.
