Christopher has over 37 years' experience in the construction industry in private practice, public service and contracting. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and qualified Barrister he specialises in providing a complimentary blend of technical and legal forensic skills to assist and advise Clients in the resolution of construction contract disputes and has worked with a number of leading UK and European law firms and specialist Construction Counsel.

As a former Principal in private quantity surveying practice Christopher has provided commercial management services to public and private sector Clients in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bermuda and in the Caribbean region where he spent a year as Vice President and Commercial Manager of a Construction Company in Nassau, Bahamas.

A construction claims specialist with over 10 years experience as a Contracts Administrator with a major International Contractor, Christopher has advised in and managed a number of complex contractual disputes to commercial success in the UK, the Far East and Russia.

As Contractor Party representative Christopher has appointed solicitors, instructed Counsel and experts and has advised in and managed dispute resolution teams on contractual disputes in the UK involving litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He has advised in and managed international arbitrations to commercial success and settlement in Gibraltar, Denmark and Portugal, including the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments under the New York and Brussels Conventions.
