Summary

Mike has extensive experience of major construction arbitration and litigation having acted for National and International Contractors, Subcontractors and Employers on a wide range of building, civil engineering and M&E disputes, ranging from substantial UK arbitrations to managing the document preparation for a complex mediation in Hong Kong.

He has acted as expert witness and adjudicator on a number of occasions, and has developed a specialisation in the field of dispute resolution and expert witness work in all aspects of quantum and retrospective delay analysis.
