Summary

Lee has more than 7 years experience in the construction industry in both the UK and Dubai. His experience has embraced a number of complex and prestigious projects, including building schemes, rail building projects, marine projects, sewage treatment works, and various civil engineering projects.

Lee has gained experience in all major forms of contract as well as dispute resolution experience, both contentious and non-contentious. His contentious experience includes preparation and rebuttal of claims, delay analysis, disruption analysis, implementing and managing delay procedures and quantum assessment. He has worked for a number of leading UK construction firms and has successfully negotiated extension of time claims within the Dubai market.

Lee's non-contentious experience includes preparation and agreement of contract documents, contract amendments, pre-tender contract reviews, and providing contractual advice to surveying and regional teams.

Lee is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has acted as counsellor and supervisor to APC candidates.
