Paul has had over 40 years experience in commercial contractual and claims management on large projects ranging in value from $10 million to $5 billion.
Paul has generated reports including determination of entitlement (causation) followed by establishment of responsibility and calculation of damages. Methods of analysis include various methods of analysis for delay (compensable/excusable, non-compensable/excusable and non excusable/non compensable) quantum for disruption (loss of productivity) using modified total cost approaches and (where possible) measured mile analysis.
Paul's construction and claim experience includes areas such as; civil work highways and bridges, water treatments plants etc; process plants cement and pulp & paper; marine structures harbours high speed rail civil work and electrification; power plants piping and electrical distribution; and mid rise and high rise buildings (all trades).
