The practice has extensive expertise of working with rail infrastructure providers and contractors. We are regularly appointed to carry out strategic audits whilst a project is live and to advise on risk, delay and commercial management of the project.

As an example we advised a major infrastructure provider on various contractual problems arising out of major equipment purchases, bridge and viaduct reconstruction, land slippage, signalling and maintenance contracts. Project valued up to £80m.

In Dubai our team of commercial advisors drafted and implemented procedures to reduce risk on a high profile monorail project.
