We are regularly appointed by leading law firms acting for clients who require an expert witness, particularly in connection with management, quantum and programming and delay matters.

When litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, we have considerable experience of working as an integrated part of the client's legal team, under the leadership of appointed counsel. We are very experienced in the full range of support, from an initial role of assisting with the investigation of the circumstances surrounding the claim in order that the correct strategic decisions can be taken, to the production of expert reports and the presentation of authoritative evidence to a Court or Tribunal.

For example we were appointed by a major firm of solicitors under Pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering disputes on behalf of the employer for delay and disruption claim in the construction of a university halls of residence.
