We were instructed by a large telecoms contractor to assist in the settlement of a dispute with one of its subcontractors regarding the installation of cables on motorways (ICE Blue Form). The strengths and weaknesses of the claims were evaluated before amicable settlement was successfully negotiated with the subcontractor's solicitors.
