Our involvement in commercial, property and regeneration is wide ranging. This has included advice on procurement of major regeneration projects, drafting bespoke construction and consulting agreements, providing commercial expertise on live projects and resolve complex disputes.

For example development of case documents in anticipation of litigation for a major city development with a dispute value £20m. The case was complex involving establishing responsibility for delays of about one year against a background of considerable contractual uncertainty and dispute as to the contractor's time and the employer's payment obligations. This dispute was successfully resolved in mediation on the basis of the submitted case statements.
